Clinical History:
A 58 year old gentleman who has been reffered by his G.P. complaining of longstanding history of feeling his left testicle was smaller than the right.

Impression:
The left testicle is clearly smaller in volume as compared to the right. As no other significant abnormalities are noted appearances are suggestive of an atrophied testicle which could be caused by injury, inflammatory process, hormone variance or medications to name a few.
