Vascular Anomoly in the liver

Clinical History:

64 year old gentleman who came in with abnormal LFT's.

 

 Exam Performed:

US Abdomen

Findings:

There appears to be dilatation of the intra-hepatic vessels with strong flow demonstrated both on colour and power doppler. The liver did seem to have a cirrhotic echotexture. Portal vein was patent with apparently normal flow. Could this be a isoechoic malignant lesion with significant vascularity or a vascular anaomoly? Please comment below.

On the first and last pictures it looks like vascularity within a mass?
Or perhaps varices but can you have varices within the liver?
